We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve made returns and exchanges easy and stress-free.

How to Start a Return

Please click here to start a return or exchange. Follow the steps, and we’ll send you a return label if your item is eligible.

Alternatively, you can log into your account, navigate to the Returns section, and enter your order number along with the email or phone number used at checkout.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Item Condition

All returned items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

• In original packaging with tags attached
  
  

Non-Returnable Items

To keep things safe and hygienic, we don’t accept returns or exchanges on:

• Swimwear, intimate apparel & bodysuits (including underwear, lingerie, shapewear, and bralettes)

• Earrings & pierced jewelry (studs, hoops, dangles, ear cuffs)

These items are considered final sale.
