Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States with eventual expansion internationally. If your country is not available at checkout, we may not yet offer shipping to that location—feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help!

Shipping Times

Since many of our items are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers, shipping times may vary based on the product and destination. Estimated delivery times:

• U.S. Orders: 4–10 business days

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on the way.

Note: Some items may ship separately if they come from different suppliers. Because we rely on multiple fulfillment partners, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Returns or refunds based solely on delivery time will not be accepted unless the order exceeds the stated window.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. Shipping fees for smaller or international orders will be calculated at checkout based on location and item weight.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active.

Shipping Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please email us using this contact form within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
