Refund Window
You can request a refund for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. After that, all sales are considered final.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Returned in original packaging with tags attached
- Approved by our team
How Refunds Work
- Submit a Return Request from your account under “Orders”
- Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable)
- After we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- You’ll get an email confirmation once your refund is processed
Return Shipping Costs
- If your item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll cover return shipping.
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Exchanges are always free
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds on the following:
- Intimate Apparel & Bodysuits (e.g., underwear, lingerie, bralettes, shapewear)
- Earrings & Pierced Jewelry
- Beauty Products & Tools
- Final Sale or Clearance Items
- Customized or Personalized Items
- Items that are worn, washed, or missing original packaging/tags
